Meghan Ohmer | Co-Founder
Meghan is a strategic marketer and brand builder with nearly a decade of experience helping businesses grow through smart, consistent, and high-impact marketing. She has led digital content programs, launched newsletters that grew to thousands of subscribers, managed social media and content calendars, and supported initiatives that helped her former company more than double in size.
Blending her marketing foundation with recent client-strategy and sales experience, Meghan brings a unique ability to align marketing with business goals and audience needs. She’s known for creating clarity, structure, and repeatable systems that strengthen brand presence and drive meaningful results.
Meghan resides in Loudoun County, Virginia with her family. When she isn’t working, she is spending time exploring new playgrounds with her daughter, hiking, and exploring the local restaurant and winery scene.
Julie Keefe | Co-Founder
Julie brings 15 years of experience as a former government proposal manager who has found a passion in creative writing and as a marketing partner for business owners. She loves a good session of market research or helping to think about how to better organize a document. Her mind is always naturally thinking of ways to better organize content, a document, or system.
Julie’s goals with clients is to help them stay organized, communicate clearly, and focus on what matters most. As a past proposal manager and an English major, she brings balance, creativity, and structure to every project.
Julie is a Loudoun County native, and loves to explore the area in her free time. Additionally, she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking and sharing good meals, spending lots of time with her three daughters, and exploring new places with her husband.
